"CLEAN COAL"
If coal is such a clean and efficient source of energy, why do emerging coalminers look like refugees from a minstrel show and why does Santa leave a lump of it in your stocking when you are naughty?
One American profession that has survived and endured, but is no longer performed from the back of a wagon, is that of the snake oil salesman, still alive and kicking and working the lobbies of Washington on behalf of the coal industry.

Santa didn't need to leave you any coal for you to have a lump in your stockings. Honey, get yourself a nice shave, take off the earring and put on a clean shirt. Then go to church, pray and meet a nice girl.
